SAIAN will serve you a bowl of thick Matcha from Kyoto with the Japanese sweets 
by the Yuru-cha : relaxing tea ceremony.

A bowl of thick Matcha that is called Koicha is the highlight of the traditional tea gathering 
which takes about four hours. 
The taste is very strong and the texture looks like fresh cream.

Please taste the tea and the moment of the Yuru-cha.

We will learn the basic manner of guset of Cha-no-yu 
with light Matcha and small sweets  in this session.

How to eat the sweets? How to drink Matcha?
When can we start to drink? What is the intention of each movement?
We will get another way of tasting Matcha from a new point of view!

We learn the base of host for serve light Matcha
by the practices that SAIAN experienced and selected
among some schools of Cha-no-yu in this introduction.

There are a lot of rules in Cha-no-yu and each rule is reasonable
from diverse points of view ;  function, aesthetics, spirits and courtesy..etc
  
How do we prepare of Matcha ?
How do we make a bowl of tea ?
How do we take care the equipments ? 

Every moment is unique, We will meet new things every time,
